designer,
creative director,
storyteller.

Sanowber Sabrina Spanta is an Afghan-American Costume Designer and Creative Director working across film and television, theater, live entertainment, music, and fashion. With a foundation in fashion design and a strong instinct for character and storytelling, her work brings together costume, culture, and image to build distinct visual worlds.

Sabrina began her career with her namesake fashion label, (Sabrina Spanta), where she leads design and creative direction. Her work has been featured by ELLE, CNN, BBC, and E!, and she became the first Afghan designer to compete on Project Runway Season 19.

Her design credits include Duke & Roya Off-Broadway and Lady Liberty for FIFA World Cup 2026, alongside experience within the costume departments of major film and television productions (IMDb). Her work now extends into music video through costume and production design, continuing a practice that moves seamlessly between character, fashion, and performance.

A proud member of United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, Sabrina is based in New York and Los Angeles and is available for Costume Design and Creative Direction across film, television, music, live entertainment, and fashion.
